Carolina Panthers' Season Ends with Disappointing Record

Team Finishes 2-15, Fourth in NFC South Division

The Carolina Panthers' season came to an end on Sunday with a disappointing 2-15 record, placing them at the bottom of the NFC South Division. This marks the team's fifth consecutive losing season and their worst record since 2010.

Despite the team's struggles, there were a few bright spots. Quarterback Sam Darnold showed flashes of promise, passing for 2,527 yards and 13 touchdowns. Running back Christian McCaffrey also had a solid season, rushing for 1,000 yards and six touchdowns despite missing several games due to injury.

However, the team's defense struggled mightily, allowing the most points in the NFL. The Panthers also had a number of key injuries throughout the season, which contributed to their poor performance.

With the season now over, the Panthers will begin to prepare for the 2023 campaign. The team has several key decisions to make, including whether or not to retain quarterback Sam Darnold and head coach Matt Rhule.
